The more I do this, the more it feels like keeping a diary. Whatever. So today I worked from 1 to 9. I didn't get a break. What I did get however was a good bitching everytime I sat a table no matter whose section it was. My advice to anyone who is bored enough to read this shit: If you want a life changing experience, work in a restaurant. You'll never be the same, that's a promise. My advice to anyone who hates their job: Come work a Ruby Tuesday. You'll fit right in.
So. I am about to undergo week three of the semester. Things I've learned:
1. My history professor wasn't exaggerating. He really is a dick.
2. Reading is actually important when you get to college.
3. Greek liquor is bad.
4. Aztecs ate people.
5. Vampires don't really exist.
6. And books are expensive.
Whose chair is that? Who put that goddamn chair here that's not my chair. Not my chair not my problem thats what I say.

Rained Today, Drained Today.
Woke up 7:50. Hit snooze TEN TIMES. Hurriedly got ready for school. Skipped showering for the second day in a row. Left for school hungry. Went to Auditorium A111. Listened to Professor Cobb quote from my essay about what not to do. Sat through discussion. Made exactly one comment that almost made sense. Left Auditorium A111. Went to the book store. Purchased the Norton Anthology Vol. C, D, and E and Wiley Human Anatomy and Physiology Lab Book. Deflated Bank account by $420.00. Went home. Ate (finally). Did Anatomy homework. Sent out a picture message of an African American's ass (picture in my lab book). Went to lunch with Hope. Went to food city. Purchased fuzzy hand-cuffs. Went to Hope's house. Waited anxiously for 6:00 Anatomy lab. Left at 5:30. Arrived at school. Called Matt. Went to class. Took notes. Cut up rodents. Looked at the guts. Looked as Lia turned little rat-balls inside out. Touched cadaver. Sterilized!!! Took a shower on my way to my car. Drove home drenched. Got home. Parked extremely close to the grass. Went inside. Petted Rocco. Went upstairs. Changed. Ate Mac and Cheese. Carefully avoiding thoughts about Anatomy Lab. Ate Dove chocolate. "Think of everyday as Sunday." - Dove PROMISES. Remembered I'm sleeping in tomorrow. Cried tears of joy. Decided to blog about it.

Typical Today.
Woke up 7:30. Hit snooze four times. Got up at 7:50. Ate breakfast. Hurriedly applied make up, dressed, started car, brushed teeth, pulled hair back, packed back pack. Paced house for approximately 15 minutes until it was late enough for me to leave. This came dangerously close to ruining my entire day. Oh well. Got into warm car. Drove to school. Arrived 30 minutes early. Sat down in auditorium A111 and studied for 20 minutes. Took quiz 1. Bombed quiz 1. Pondered my inability to care. Sat through lecture. Made a comment about how pregnant women can't hunt. Left auditorium A111. Talked to Hope and Kalie. Left school. Went to Ruby Tuesday. Got paid. Went to the bank. Deposited every penny. Went home. Cleaned out car. Cleaned room. Basked in the cleanliness. Ate Dove chocolates. "Success is the sum of many small efforts." -Dove Promises. Made that quote my facebook status. Facebook chatted Matt... Bloggggg. Now perhaps I'll catch up on some Jane Eyre which is quickly becoming my favorite novel. Thanks Mom!!!

I'm five years old it's getting cold I've got my big coat on.
I hear your laugh and look up smiling at you I run and run
Past the pumpkin patch and the tractor rides look now the sky is gold
I hug your legs and fall asleep on the way home.
I don't know why all the trees change in the fall.
I know you're not scared of anything at all.
Don't if Snow White's house is near or far away.
But I know I had the best day with you today.
I'm thirteen now and I don't know how my friends could be so mean.
I come home crying and you hold me tight and grab the keys
And we drive and drive until we find a town far enough away
And we talk and window shop til I forget all their names.
I don't know who I'm going to talk now at school
But I know I'm laughing on the car ride home with you.
Don't know how long it's gonna take to feel okay.
But I know I had the best day with you today.
I have an excellent father.
His strength is making me stronger.
God smiles on my little brother
Inside and out he's better than I am.
I grew up in a pretty house and I had space to run
And I had the best days with you.
Now I know why all the trees change in the fall.
I know you were on my side even when I was wrong
And I love you for giving me your eyes
Staying back and watching me shine and I didn't know if you knew
So I'm taking this chance to say that I had the best day with you today.

Little Things
Ok I acknowledge the recent silence on my new blog! I know all my followers are curious as to what I have been up to. Well, my mom is anyway. First thing's first, my birthday was on the twelvth. All in all, I'll say it was so-so. I have had better birthdays, but then again I've had worse. Most importantly though, I'd love thank Lane Kiffin for giving me the best birthday gift possible, but that's neither here nor there. The next big event would be my first day back at school. Thursday the 14, I went for my first class of the semester at 9:30 am during which my professor ranted about a few of his least favorite things and openly pointed out that half of the class was going to drop because they'll think he's a dick after the first day. Well, at least he has a since of humor. I was a little excited though, because it's my first auditorium class. It was so collegey. After History at 9:30 I had a seven hour break... great. So my next class was my Anatomy Lab. My teacher seems nice enough, but we already have homework and we did our first lab on the first day. She don't play. So after school I saw Avatar. And, of coarse, it was everything I expected it to be. Possibly the best science fiction movie of all time. Definitely the best I have seen. Then today I layed around all day, and worked from 4 to 9. And I thought I would never get out of that place. But now here I am in my room with a warm laptop and a glass of pinot grigio with the soothing sounds of Taylor Swift... mmmm. It's all about the little things.
